Two further residential projects have been granted Planning Permission in the London Borough of Southwark.
Planning has been granted on a further two of our current projects, which form part of our ongoing collaboration with Bell Phillips Architects and the London Borough of Southwark.
The first consists of 50 new affordable and socially rented homes adjacent to the new Albion Primary School in Rotherhithe. The proposed building bridges tunnels serving the London Overground line below the site. The second provides 26 new homes and ground floor retail space on the site of the former Albion Street Civic Centre in Rotherhithe and is located adjacent to the Rotherhithe Tunnel.
