A new pool house in a rural village in Shropshire. Simple glulaminated timber beams span the pool supported off timber columns with hidden moment connections to provide lateral stability. Large sliding doors between the posts allow the pool house to be opened up. A timber boarded ceiling and external timber cladding conceal fixings to satisfy the architects’ desire to create an uncluttered building.
