Renovation and extension of two 1960’s buildings on Greek Street, London WC1, one of which is Grade II listed, to create a new college of fashion and design. Both of the buildings are constructed in reinforced concrete and have five storeys of superstructure. A single storey basement under the two buildings is leased as a nightclub, which remained in operation throughout construction. Modifications included a new rear terrace, remodelling of the entrance area, a new entrance ramp and various new openings and infills.
