A 1970’s primary school in south-east London, requiring a new classroom and to separate the existing school building from the caretaker’s accommodation. The façade pattern was determined by the school children by blind placement of coloured squares on to a grid to create a truly random pattern. The whole project was delivered for under £60,000.
