A central block of 10 Grade II listed buildings constructed between 1820 and 1920, were semi-derelict. The site has been transformed into an exclusive mixed use facility including private members club, bars, dining rooms and private residence. The project involved developing solutions for a new level basement under the existing piled raft basement, as well as extensive reconstitution of structural elements and integration of new vaults.
