Athlone House

Full refurbishment and extension of this semi-derelict Grade II Victorian house created a super-prime residence of over 35,000 sqft. The existing building has been fully restored to its former glory, opened up and modernised. A new contemporary wing has been added to the north, while a single-storey building over a basement level contains pool, gym, sauna, media and plant areas. Other works within the seven-acre site include refurbishment of the gatehouse and cottage to provide parking and security areas and the construction of a new pavilion building within the grounds.
