Netherhall Gardens
The building sits within a conservation area and takes precedent from the neighbouring residential vernacular through the reinterpretation of classical brickwork and pitched roofs. The structural steel frame and composite deck are exposed and celebrated at ground floor and basement levels, requiring careful detailing of a multitude of steelwork junctions and connections. The living spaces are opened up to the garden and internal or external terraces with materials "flowing" inside and out.
