Acklam Road

A new build development for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) comprising of 32no. residential units with wintergardens or balconies and two separate ground floor community spaces in a 3- 8 storey reinforced concrete frame.  A communal roof terrace is provided at third floor level, whilst each unit has an external balcony or wintergarden.

The building is located just 3.5m away from the elevated section of the Westway and in close proximity to railway lines, requiring strict approvals processes to be followed and a ground movement assessment to be produced to evaluate impacts on the existing Westway foundations.

We were appointed directly by RBKC up to planning and were then appointed by the Contractor for the delivery stage.
