Following previous housing project work for the London Borough of Camden, engineersHRW were appointed as Technical Advisors to the Client for the post-planning phases of the development, providing 119no. new homes and a new community centre. 

Designed to Passivhaus standards and ambitious net-zero targets, the development also includes extensive new communal spaces carefully designed to strengthen the sense of community and residents' wellbeing.
