Transformation of a Grade-II listed Victorian former church building in Bangor, North Wales to provide vibrant new events and rehearsal spaces for young people, artists and the local community.

New structural works, including steel-framed floors with composite decking and loadbearing masonry walls, were left exposed, requiring careful coordination with the existing stone and timber structure.
